For Artists:
All
activities, artists, performers, etc, on the street are under the First
Friday Banner and are covered by the Committee’s permit and insurance
and therefore must be registered at Le Chocolate (420 Pine Street,
Williamsport) by 6pm on First Friday. Contact Bonnie/Bernie Katz at
570-322-5544 for more information. Anna Falat and Judy Olinsky may also
give express permission to participate in the First Friday event.
Everyone participating in First Friday must have a permit and
insurance, or be covered by a sponsor who has both a permit and
insurance.
Merchants:
Merchants activities are
covered by merchants mall permits and their insurance.
First
Friday employs an Event Monitor during the Pine Street Artfest. If you
encounter a problem call the event monitor at 1-972-922-4889, Le
Chocolate at 570-322-5544, or 570-971-8399
. For accidents, medical emergencies or to report a crime,
